Coaching for those struggling to find their sense of self, struggling with the relationship they have with themselves, who feel invisible, and who wants to change the relationship they have with themselves.

These groups are for those looking for support from like minded people, those looking for community, or those who just need a place to vent and not feel alone as they do it.

Psycho education for organizations, associations, and/or community programs looking for interactive educational experiences for youth and/or adults.

As mentioned, I'm currently a therapist in training to become a licensed clinician. Services will be announced at that time.
